This blog is my first attempt to be an anime blogger. I first intended this blog to be a diary-like one containing my daily rantings in life which is the reason why some of the posts contain personal matters. But in the end, I decided to make this one an anime blog since aside from the normal student life, I live off my time with watching anime and reading manga. Thanks to the power of the internet.
The title “Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai” which translates to “the world God only knows” came from a manga of the same title. On September 7, 2008, I changed it to “Watashi Nomi zo Shiru Sekai” to indicate “the world that I know.” Basically, anime/manga/Japan (even if I have not yet stepped foot on it) is the only world that I know. I’ve ignored reality for a long time. Bwahaha!
As for the frequency of my blogging. I do it when I have free time. Also, I understand very little Japanese as I am just starting with my Japanese lessons so I still wait for the subbed episodes and finish downloading them (Philippines’ internet speeds really suck) and of course watch them during my free time before I blog. I am still a highly active college student and I really do have time constraints.
As for the content of my blog. I tend to do anime episode reviews and a few for manga. But as this is not my devoted profession, I may not be able to write something about episodes which did not really strike me. During breaks, I might be able to post about everything I watch and read.
As for the reason behind all this… I would say, it is just for fun and love of anime and manga and Japan. Nothing more. Nothing less.
